Why does the new robin hood movie just seem like a gladiator part 2?

they should have at least had russel have long hair and nott look identical to gladiator. The whole movie looks like gladiator 2?

your thoughts...

why not come up with a fresh name and characters if they are going to revamp it so much. thats not robin hood ? I'm a crowe fan but this movie looks stupid.|||This is a prequel that I thought was very well done. It's the origin of how Robin Hood becomes an outlaw. If you liked Gladiator or other movies done by Ridley Scott, you will most likely enjoy this.

You can read my full review of Robin Hood here:

http://moviecapper.blogspot.com/2010/05/robin-hood-re-view.html

***website includes explicit language***|||its not the typical story of robin hood that everyone is used to hearing. it is the origin of robin hood|||no relation to gladiator...Different kind of character to be honest with you. Its by far one of the best versions of Robin Hood out there.

I would like to get my wife a pair of gladiator sandals as a gift. Before I do, I'd like to know if they are in style for this spring/summer?|||Why do people, mostly women and gay guys, care what's in style and looks good to others. Older movie with Christopher Reeve using different name in a sci fi gladiator type movie?

Movie takes place in future in outer space and he is forced to take role of gladiator of sorts. There is a cook who is his friend. Think this may have been early movie and he used different name. If not could it be a brother? This has been driving me nuts because I found it once then lost ir.|||Reeve made no such film.

list of HIS work:

What type of gladiator was Maximus from the movie "Gladiator"?

I have a school project and need to find out what type of gladiator Maximus was|||Well from what I can see a Provocatores would be the best description, but since Maximus was a fictional character it only sort of applies. What are good cards for a gladiator beast deck?

I want to make a gladiator beast deck but I don't really know where to start. So what are some cards that are "required" for a good deck and what are some cards that can be good? Also are Elemental Hero Stratos and Elemental Hero Plasma necessary?|||Here is my rescue gladiator beast/synchro deck. Some people still might run a prisma, but not elemental hero stratos anymore. Rescue cat and samnite replaces the whole prisma engine. People put X-Saber Airbellum instead. Some people at yugioh forums say it was slow. Is not called plasma, is called prisma.

Solemns and mirror force might be expensive for starters, so get bottomless trap holes instead or put a prisma.
