Is Elemental Hero Prisma treated as the Gladiator Beast monster it was replacing when in the graveyard ?

I'm talking about the same turn you summon it. You summon Prisma, and activate it's effect. And then you send it to grave with Test Tiger's effect. On the same turn is it still considered as a Gladiator Beast monster even in the graveyard ? Can Gladiator Beast Darius bring it back ?
