How do I make a monarch deck that could beat a Gladiator beast deck with Herakilinos and Gyzarus?

I duel my friend and I always lose to his gladiator beasts with my monarchs. Help?|||Uh.. Use Monarch Oppression. Glad Beasts can be very annoying but since their strategy relies on special suoning use something that kills it like Royal Oppression. As Max Power said, this was introduced to counter GBs but counters a lot more than that, Six Samurai and Zombies too.

|||Hey. Try using this deck. It's called an Anti-Metagame Deck as it is solely used to go against any and all of the major tournament winning decks out there. I've beaten Gladiators with this deck and have also beaten Lightsworn. It's similar to the deck Max Power posted above me.

Despite not looking like it is capable of doing so, this deck was in fact introduced to the metagame in the hope of defeating Gladiator Beast decks. With the Oppressions, Soul Exchanges and solemn, this deck is designed to take over total control of the field and basically destroy anything that your opponent plays. With intelligent use of the trap cards, this deck can really shut down a Gladiator decks main combos and summoning condition.|||gladiator decks are realy hard to beat, BUT it have also weakness part, either in his strategy or cards drawn. put some cards that does'nt allowed special summoning.. just try it.


also use trap hole, bottomless trap hole, darkhole, raigeke, and give him a fatal blow.......


|||Try using Prohibition, Bottomless Trap Hole, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, Divine Wrath, Royal Oppression. Those are a few cards that can help a lot.
