How to make gladiator style shoes professional looking?

I have an interview today at a shoe store and I was thinking about wearing some gladiator style shoes. The shoes are flat, brown fake crock, patent and not fringed or studded, they do have thick straps and have an open toe. What could I pair with them that would look suitable for an interview and show off the shoes. Keep in mind I'm in my 30's nothing to trendy please.|||Option #1: I'm thinking knee-length or longer than knee length skirt in either gray, any shade of yellow or any shade of white. Choose any top which you think best suites the outfit and makes you look good. Add some pearls/ ring/ silver or gold bracelet/earrings.

Option #2: Pedals are in between trendy and comfortable and they make a good mash with your glads. Then wear a blouse, something that isn't tight. Pair this outfit off with earrings/ring/bracelet/jewelries with chain design.

NOTES: - Remember! DO NOT OVER ACCESSORIZE. Keep it as simple as possible.

- Always check your color combination

- A bad outfit will sometimes distract the interviewer.

[gud luck!!!]|||I forgot the brown dress had a nice print on it.

|||Open toe or sandals are NOT professional looking.

You don't need to show off at interview _ just wear professional clothing [ always dress UP from the job you want ].

Example:

suit or jacket/slacks or skirt

with feminine top [ fitted woman's tee, blouse ]

hose

closed toe shoes, low to medium heel or flats
